Rob Richardson

Rob Richardson is the host of disruption Now Podcast and the owner of DN Media Agency, a full-service digital marketing and research company. He has appeared on MSNBC, America this Week, and is a weekly contributor to Roland Martin Unfiltered.

We believe innovation and change happen when more people step up, ask questions and demand more. We want to ask the questions that others won't and give a voice to those who have none. All of us are disruptors in our own way, coming from different backgrounds and striving to make real change. We're convinced innovative thinking is needed in our government, our economy, and our society at large now more than ever. While serving on the University of Cincinnati's Board of Trustees, Rob established innovative and collaborative hubs to spark groundbreaking ideas, using his leadership to disrupt the status quo from the very start. Since then he has championed reforms to the University's police policies during racial relations, established the first student chapter of the NAACP and received the University of Cincinnati Presidential Leadership Medal of Excellence.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Rob has been the Keynote Speaker at events such as the University of Cincinnati Commencement, the National Society of Black Engineers region Four Conference, Global Entrepreneurship Week, the University of Cincinnati College of Law and the Ohio MBE awards to name a few.

As an encore to his early success, Clarence founded and scaled Groupsite.com, where he now serves as Chairman, to more than 50,000 customers. Most recently, in June 2018, Clarence's fourth startup, Progressly Inc., an enterprise software startup that turns business processes into visual repeatable workflows in the cloud, was acquired by Box (NYSE: Box).  In tandem with leading Groupsite, Clarence is the founding General Partner at Revitalize.
